Layzie Bone is now facing a new paternity case.

TMZ reports that the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services filed a paternity complaint against the rapper on behalf of Shateira Marketa Childress, who said he fathered her child Sevyn Isreal Childress-Howse, born May of last year.

The same woman also filed a paternity suit against Layzie in 2013 and proved that he was the father of her then one-and-a-half year old child. The Department of Health and Human Services wants to know if the Bone Thugs-N-Harmony member is the father of Sevyn so the proper amount of child support can be established.

Layzie has three other kids and is married. In fact, he recently threatened 21 Savage for saying he'd sleep with his wife.

He issued the threat after Savage jumped in his beef against the Migos, which started when Offset said the Atlanta trio was the greatest group of all-time. The rap veteran dropped two diss songs during the beef so far, "Let Me Go Migo" and "Annihilation."
