Gunna and the other four YSLs -- including Young Thug's brother -- who have taken plea deals in Fulton County's RICO case against Thug and his crew probably haven't snitched on Thugger.

Yet.

Former prosecutor Daryl Cohen is following the case closely.  He explained that if any of the plea bargainers is called to testify by the DA they will be forced to -- and that the Fifth Amendment can't protect them from snitching.

"The Fifth Amendment says I'm not going to testify because I'm not going to incriminate myself.  You can do that," explained Cohen. "But you can not take the Fifth when it comes to testimony against someone else or other people that were involved in a crime."

The word is the DA believes Thugger was YSL's criminal shot-caller and wants him in prison "forever".
