Last Picks In NBA All Star Draft Revealed

The NBA went and did the schoolyard thing for this year's All-Star game and allowed team captains Lebron James and Steph Curry to pick their rosters among the remaining stars.

The NBA didn't televise the draft or publicize the results, so as not to embarrass anyone.  (Curry was the one who objected.)

But now we know the last two players picked, and they are not entirely surprising.

San Antonio Spurs forward LaMarcus Aldridge and Boston Celtics forward Al Horford waited the longest to hear their names.

Aldridge was asked about it, and he didn't seem to be sweating it.

"We're all All-Stars, so, at the end of the day, we should be thankful to be here. Picked first, picked last, it doesn't matter. We're all competitive, too. It won't be the easiest thing to be picked last, but at the end of the day, you're just happy to be here."

The original all star rosters included DeMar DeRozan, LeBron James, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Joel Embiid, Kyle Lowry, Bradley Beal, John Wall, Victor Oladipo, Kevin Love, Kristaps Porzingis, Horford, Stephen Curry, James Harden, Kevin Durant, Anthony Davis, DeMarcus Cousins, Damian Lillard, Klay Thompson, Jimmy Butler, Russell Westbrook, Aldridge, Draymond Green, and Anthony Towns.

Should have Aldridge and Horford been last picks?
