Kodak Black To Plead Guilty To Federal Gun Charges

by HHL JT

Kodak Black is set to change his plea in the Federal gun case against him to guilty.

Bossip reports that the 22-year will appear in open court next week for a “change of plea” hearing during which he will admit to lying on two separate applications to buy guns.

He had been facing ten years, three years probation and a $250,000 fine.  So he should be getting something less than all of that for copping.

Even if he does get a greatly reduced sentence, Kodak is far from out of the woods. He is still facing 30 years in South Carolina for doing bad things to a female high school student. Not disclosing that charge on his firearm applications is what led the Feds to bust him for falsifying documents.
