Kodak Black Sues Federal Bureau of Prisons For Sexual Torture & Religious Suppression

by HHL JT

Kodak Black is having a rough time in prison.

Now he's seeking legal recourse for his troubles.  In a lawsuit filed against the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Black alleges that when he was transferred to Big Sandy maximum security prisons in Kentucky last year the guards greated him with a gang beating.  The suit says that was retribution for a fight with the guards he had in his previous prison, during which his testicles were abused.  Black had previously alleged that he had been drugged before that altercation.

In addition, Black says that the prison guards at Big Sandy regularly restrain him for hours at a time with no access to the bathroom, causing him to urinate and defecate on himself.  He also says he has medical records that reveal his treatment resulted in mouth bleeding, lacerations and vomiting.

According to Kodak, who is a practicing Hebrew Israelite, he is being denied access to a Rabbi, whereas other prisoners have been allowed to see their clergy.

Black wants damages and a transfer to a minimum-security prison.

He still has about two and half years on his federal sentence for lying on a gun application.
