Kodak Black Speaks On NBA YoungBoy Lil Durk Beef

by Daryl Nelson

Kodak Black was asked about possible issues between Lil Durk and NBA YoungBoy and refused to diss either of them.

Last week 21 Savage told DJ Akademiks that rappers may be refusing to work with NBA because of Durk. That's because YoungBoy is cool with Quando Rondo, and Rondo's friend Timothy Leeks shot and killed Durk's friend King Von last year.

"You don't have to pick sides ... but you gotta be a certain type of artist to be in the middle," Savage told Ak.

Kodak was asked about the Durk, NBA situation and had this to say:

"I ain't speaking on no one," Kodak said on Akademiks Off the Record podcast. "Them n***as innovate. Lil bruh great. That boy a GOAT. I don't feel like I gotta do a bitch ass thing. Both of them boys make great music. YoungBoy, he like a lil bro. Durk's great too, he makes great music. As long as a n***a don't find me and make me feel like I gotta pick no sides or no crazy sh*t, it's music at the end of the day. I know sh*t could go down, like, if a n***a feelin' like, okay, I'm finna hit this bitch up, this lil video shoot or this tour bus, if a n***a ridin' in the crossfire, that's just what it is."

What do you think about Kodak's decision to stay out of the YoungBoy, Durk situation?
