Kodak Black Might be Headed Back To Prison

by HHL JT

Kodak Black got his federal sentenced for lying on a gun application commuted by soon-to-be ex-President Donald Trump last night.

But he's not out of the woods.

Black's pardon only covers the federal section of his impressive criminal career.

Kodak is currently in the midst of a year-long sentence via the state of New York, which caught him driving back in from Canada with drugs and guns in a notorious GPS debacle.

He was allowed to serve that sentence concurrent with his Fed time.  Now that he's free from that he may have an issue with the rest of his New York state time.

Kodak is also facing 30 years for rape in the state of South Carolina.  While that trial has been pushed back for years as Kodak dealt with his legal issues in Florida and New York, it will surely come back into play now that the Feds are done with him.

What Black does have going for him is his lawyer and father figure Bradford Cohen, who has done an amazing job keeping Kodak often free despite the 23-year old's eight-year crime spree.
