Jailed Kodak Black Is Fighting For Custody Of His Son

by Daryl Nelson

Kodak Black has to pay every time he wants to see his son.  So he's suing for custody, even though he's behind bars.

According to the rapper, the mother of his child Jammiah Broomfield wants money whenever he requests to see his 3-year-old, and he hopes a judge will put an end to that.

"She is using the son as an ATM card," said Kodak's lawyer Raven Roman. "He's a stand-up guy. He's a 19-year-old man who is trying to be there for his son, and this woman is blocking that."
In addition, Broomfield didn't even tell Kodak that he was the father of her son until he was one years old.

Last year, Kodak tried to get 50/50 custody of his boy in court. But the case was thrown out because both Bloomfield and Black  arrived late to the hearing.

Hopefully, the rapper will be able to afford all of these legal and custody fighting expenses, since he's been losing a lot of money while in jail.
