Last week it looked like Kodak Black was going to avoid more jail time for his numerous crimes on a pretty amazing plea deal.
But at the last moment the court found two more warrants for the 19-year arrest, and he's still locked up. (How they didn't know about the warrants earlier is baffling.)
There wasn't much information on the warrants at the time. Now we have some more specifics and it isn't looking good for Black.
#KodakBlack accused of sexual battery on a victim at a hotel in Florence, South Carolina in Feb., according to Florence Co. Sheriff's Office— Brett Clarkson (@BrettClarkson_) August 23, 2016
The other warrant is for misdemeanor cannabis and paraphernalia charges in St. Lucie County Florida.
When he reached the plea deal, Black had been facing up to 55 years in prison on charges including robbery, false imprisonment, fleeing a law enforcement officer, and possession of a firearm by a delinquent.
It's unclear how the latest charges will impact the deal.
