The Kevin Hart Sex Tape Leaker Was One Of His Good Friends

Earlier this year, some footage of Kevin Hart supposedly having sex with stripper Montia Sabbag (who's not his wife) was leaked. Everyone thought that Sabbag recorded the footage in an attempt to shake Hart down. But it turns out that one of Hart's good friends was behind extorting the comedian.

According to TMZ, the guy's name is Jonathan Todd Jackson and he's an actor and had been a buddy of Hart's for 15 years. Jackson has been in Hart films like Naked, S.W.A.T. and Think Like a Man Too. They've been seen in Instagram photos together, and Jackson was one of the guests at Hart's bachelor party.

Jackson has been arrested and is facing 2 felony counts of attempted extortion and extortion by threatening letter. It hasn't been reported how much he tried to get from Hart, who's wife was pregnant at the time of the tape's leak.
