Kevin Hart's history of homophobic remarks cost him his dream job of hosting the Oscars.

Some folks don't think he's learned his lesson.

Kevin Hart and Lil Nas X were both guests on the latest episode of Lebron James's HBO show The Shop. During the group chat, Hart and Nas X discuss X's coming out.

"He said he's gay. So what?" Hart says before X has a chance to speak.

"It's not that it's like being forced," Nas X says. "It's just like growing up. I'm growing up to hate this sh*t. I'm not supposed to..."

"Hate what? Hate what?" Hart interrupts.

"Homosexuality," Nas X explains. "Gay people. Come on now. If you're really from the hood you should know ... So it's like for me, the cool dude with the song on top of everything, to say this any other time, like I'm doing this for attention in my eyes. But if you're doing this while you at the top you know it's like for real and it shows that it doesn't really matter."

Hart was criticized on Twitter for "gaslighting" Nas X. "Gaslighting" is when you try to make someone question their own sanity when they have a valid point. In this case, Nas X's valid point would be that it's especially tough to be gay in the hood.
