Kevin Durant Says He'll 'Never Be Attached' To Oklahoma City Again

by Daryl Nelson

Kevin Durant is still bothered about how Oklahoma City Thunder fans treated him when he left the team and went to the Golden State Warriors in 2016.

“I’ll never be attached to that city again because of that,” he said while speaking to the Wall Street Journal. “I eventually wanted to come back to that city and be part of that community and organization, but I don’t trust nobody there. That sh** must have been fake, what they was doing. The organization, the GM, I ain’t talked to none of those people, even had a nice exchange with those people since I left.”

After the Journal article was published, Durant had it out with a bunch of OKC fans on Twitter, who didn't like what he said.

"This man @KDTrey5 just doesn’t know when to leave it alone," one person wrote. "OKC wasn’t fake, you decided to leave them! Imagine you left a woman for her best friend and then bitch because she isn’t still nice to you afterwards. That’s you right now."

Here is how Durant responded.

See that’s your problem my g. U thought we were dating lol. That’s creepy

Do you think KD is taking all of this too personally? Or are the fans?
