Kendrick Lamar Just Copped A $10 Million Mansion

Kendrick Lamar is not a fancy guy.

But he just got himself a fancy home.

According to Variety, Kung Fu Kenny is the proud new owner of a $9.7 million four bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, 5,350 square feet abode in tony Manhattan Beach, where he'll be neighbors with Blake Griffin, Maria Sharapova, Luke Walton, and Zooey Deschanel.

It's a big step up for Kendrick, who paid $523,400 for a regular size house in Riverside country in 2013 and then $2.7 million for a larger place in Drake and Kanye's stomping ground of Calabasas in 2017. That home is currently occupied by K.Dot's mom and younger sister.
