Kendrick Lamar Album Will Hit In Early 2015 And It's Being Called 'Another Level'

Given how much press he's being doing lately, it's a pretty safe assumption that Kendrick Lamar's follow up to Good Kid, M.A.A.D City is in the pipeline.

Hot 97 radio host Peter Rosenberg has heard four of the unreleased tracks from the still untitled project, and he gushed about them on his video segment, The Realness.

"If this album is anything like what I heard, we are in for a treat," Rosenberg said. "Kendrick Lamar has somehow developed even more. Gone to another level. He's talking about black righteousness. He's talking about Africa. There's social commentary. There's all kinds of deep thoughts ... However, it's upbeat music that is going to thrive in the club and on the radio."

Rosenberg added that he has heard the track 'King Kunte' that everybody is buzzing about and calls it "phenomenal."

"This album is gonna be as good as Good Kid, m.A.A.d city, and it may even be on a different and higher level," the radio host claimed, before adding that we should expect to see it in early 2015.

Rosenberg is known to be one of Lamar's biggest boosters. But he was right about K-Dot before, so he may well be correct again.
