According to police, Bronx rapper drill Kay Flock walked into a Harlem barbershop last December and shot an opp to death.
Surveillance video suggests the situation was much more complicated and Flock wasn't the aggressor.
But the 19-year-old remains locked up in Rikers on murder charges.
Like many before, it looks like he's been hitting the weights in jail.

When Kay does go to trial he'll have a legal heavyweight in his corner as famed lawyer Jeffrey Lichtman will be representing him.
Litchman defended El Chapo (who lost) and John Gotti Jr. (who won) among others.
