Karl-Anthony Towns And D'Angelo Russell Pick Their Top 5 Rappers

By HHL Editors

Last year, Karl-Anthony Towns and D'Agnelo Russell were the first two picks in the NBA Draft.

So they essentially became NBA sophomores yesterday, after the 2016 draft took place.

To celebrate, the pair got together with Draft Kings and did a segment on their Top Five rappers.

The duo were given ten rappers to choose from: Kanye West, Lil Wayne, Lil Dicky, Chance The Rapper, J. Cole, Jay Z, Desiigner, Kendrick Lamar, Future and Drake.

Freshman class members Desiigner and Lil Dickey were taken off the board immediately, and then Towns and Russell went on to the tougher cuts.

Ultimately, Hov, 'Ye and Weezy would also get booted, leaving this top five.

1.) Drake 2.) J Cole 3.) Kendrick Lamar 4.) Future 5.) Chance The Rapper

It's not a list Beanie Sigel would approve of.
