Kanye West was thrilled Donald Trump commuted Larry Hoover's federal life sentence.

The GOOD Music founder also thanked Drake since they both performed at the Free Larry Hoover Benefit Concert in 2021.

"Thank you Drake for helping to bring Larry Hoover home," wrote Ye.
But despite the commutation, Hoover isn't a free man. He still has to deal with a 200-year sentence in Illinois for killing 19-year-old Chicago drug dealer William "Pooky" Young in 1973.
Hoover founded Chicago's Gangster Disciples but renounced his membership long ago.
