Kanye West is likely in a bipolar episode.

He's also sorta running for president.

Last time he was in a bipolar episode he accused JAY-Z of trying to kill him and ended up spending time in a facility.

In the midst of his latest breakdown, Ye referenced Hov again.  This time he took a different tone.

"Miss my bro ... real talk," Kanye captioned a photo of him and Hov from the Watch The Throne days.

Ya think JAY and Kanye will ever get back together.
