Kanye West Performs For First Time In Almost A Year [VIDEO]

It's been just about a year since Kanye West melted down during a show in Sacramento and ended up spending time in a mental facility.

Ye returned to the stage for the first time since then tonight Chicago, popping up during a Kid Cudi show and performing 'Father Stretch My Hands Pt. 1.'

Cudi and Kanye had their issues last September, after Cudi called 'Ye out for using ghostwriters. But they reconciledafter they both spent time dealing with their mental health issues.

With that history, it's appropriate 'Ye used Cudi for his return to the stage.
