It's been two months since Kanye West's mental breakdown, and now it looks like he's doing much better.

According to E! News, the Chicago rapper and producer has improved mentally, and he's now focusing on family, while also keeping somewhat of a low profile.

"His kids are his No. 1 priority for him, and he wants to be a good dad and make his mother proud," said an insider. "He thinks about her everyday."

"Kanye has a few surprise projects coming up that involves music and concerts in the spring and summer," explained the E! News source. "Plus, he is working on his fashion line and some collaborations."
