Kanye West Replaced By His Foe After Dropping Out Of Rolling Loud Miami

by Daryl Nelson

Kanye West was scheduled to headline Rolling Loud Miami on Friday, July 22 but he dropped out.

So, concert organizers released a statement and said his replacement will be one of his foes.

“We were looking forward to Ye headlining Rolling Loud Miami 2022,” reads the statement. “We spent months working with him and his team on the performance. Unfortunately, Ye has decided that he will no longer be performing. This is the first time a headliner has ever pulled off our show and though we don’t take it lightly, we wish him the best. We look forward to welcoming Kid Cudi as a headliner in Miami and we can’t wait to see what he has in store.”

Of course, Ye and Cudi are longtime collaborators and former members of their group Kids See Ghosts. That was until Ye criticized Cudi for still being friends with Pete Davidson after the comedian started dating Ye's estranged wife.

Cudi said he'd no longer be recording with the GOOD Music founder and doesn't consider him a friend any longer.

How do you think people will feel about Cudi replacing Ye at Rolling Loud?
