Kanye West Declares Victory In Adidas Beef, Says Company Doesn't Want Smoke

by Daryl Nelson

Kanye West is beefing with two of his business partners at the moment, Gap and Adidas.

In his conflict with Gap, Ye suggested that the company was stealing his ideas, calling out Senior Vice President and General Manager Daniel Cherry III.

He then continued to blast Adidas on Tuesday, September 6, while saying they don't want any more issues with him.

"I COULD HEAR THE JOY IN MY TEAMS VOICES TODAY,” wrote Ye on Instagram . "ADIDAS DON’T WANT NO MORE SMOKE. THE MOVIE [CREDITS] ARE ROLLING. THIS WAR WASN’T ABOUT MONEY. IT WAS ABOUT CONTROL OF OUR FAMILIES, OF OUR BUSINESSES, OF OUR STORY, OF OUR VOICE. I GAVE THEM THE OPPORTUNITY TO SETTLE THIS QUIETLY. NOW IT’S TIME FOR GAP.”

The College Dropout creator also shared a message from his legal team about GAP and how he should stop posting about them.

Last month, Ye said the clothing retailers had a meeting about him behind his back, so that partnership went south quickly.

"Dear Ye, Your legal team recommends that we refrain from posting anything on Gap for another 10 days," the message read.

How do you see all of this ending with Gap and Adidas?
