Kanye West May Really Think Jay Z's Trying To Snuff Him Out

During Kanye West's now notorious Sacramento rant he made a plea to his old friend Jay Z.

"Jay Z, call me, bruh. You still ain’t call me. Hey Jay Z, I know you got killers. Please don’t send them at my head. Just call me. Talk to me like a man.”

At the time, 'Ye's fear of Hov's goons was dismissed as verbal hyperbole. But now it seems there was more to it.

TMZ's sources tell the gossip site that West has fallen into a deep spiral of paranoia, which contributed to the decision to have hospitalized against his will. Apparently, 'Ye is convinced there are people -- including his doctors -- that are out to get him.

Since he has also put Jay Z in this category, the call from Hov that 'Ye's been pining for ever since his wife Kim Kardashian got robbed in Paris could actually be helpful, if handled correctly.
