But he's also moving on.

Ye went to James Harden's Thirteen restaurant in Houston last night to celebrate J Mulan's birthday. 

He showed up with Justin LaBoy, but he spent a lot of time partying with Instagram model Yasmine Lopez.

So much time, it got a TMZ write-up.
