Juelz Santana Turns Himself And Will Start Serving His Sentence

by HHL JT

Juelz Santana got the best case scenario in his gun case when a Federal judge gave him 27 months. He had been facing up to five years.

The judge also allowed his surrender date to be pushed back a month so he could film episodes of Love and Hip Hop.

But his time came yesterday, and he turned himself into Petersburg Medium Federal Corrections Institution in Hopewell, Va.

After he serves his sentence, he will have a year of supervised probation.

Juelz was arrested last year after he tried to bring a gun and eight pills of oxycodone on a plane, and then fled from Newark Airport when the TSA found the contraband.

Even though he'll be locked up, Juelz' will have new music this spring, coming exclusively from DatPiff and The Dispensary.
