Juelz Santana Has Lost His Home While Locked Up & May Soon Lose Another

by HHL JT

Last month, it was reported that Wells Fargo was trying to foreclose on Juelz Santana's condo in New Jersey after the now-incarcerated rapper stopped paying his mortgage in July of 2018 and then failed to respond to a lawsuit from the lender.

A judge has approved the foreclosure and has directed the sheriff to put the property up for auction in order to get some of the $650,111 that Santana owes the bank.

Juelz paid $540,000 for the property in 2005 and had been paying the bank $3,754 a month until he stopped paying last year.

Santana didn't live in the condo, but it's believed some of his family members were.

Instead, Juelz, his reality star wife Kimbella and their three kids had been renting and living in a nearby 865K McMansion.

However, that home is also in limbo. JP Morgan Chase has sued to evict Julez and Kimbella from the property, accusing the couple of “illegally taking possession” of the house and refusing to leave after the bank bought it at a foreclosure auction in 2018.

Santana is about nine months into a 27-month sentence for inexplicably trying to take a weapon on a plane and then fleeing the scene when TSA discovered the contraband.

Hopefully, he'll have a bed to sleep in when he gets out in 2021.
