Juelz Santana Got Released from Prison Today

Juelz Santana's wife Kimbella Vanderhee is one happy camper, because her husband got out of prison today, August 5th.

The rapper was arrested in 2018 after being caught with an unregistered gun and drugs at Newark Liberty International Airport.

Back in December of last year, Kimbella said that Juelz would be getting out this summer, which seemed to be wishful thinking at the time but it turned out to be true. He was supposed to be released in February of next year.

Kimbella shared a video of herself waiting outside of FCI Petersburg prison in Hopewell, Virginia, and one could say that her excitement is palpable.

"Juelz was supposed to get released last Tuesday but some sh*t happened," she said. "But we're outside of the prison now and he's gonna be released any minute. And I'll leave it all up to him when he gets out.""

Another photo was shared later that showed the Dipset rapper free and hugging one of his children.

Now maybe Dipset will work on that new album that a lot of folks have been clamoring for.
