Young Thug has been locked up without bail for a year and a half.

His RICO trial, the longest trial in Georgia state history, finally gets in front of a jury later this month.

This morning, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Ural Glanville ruled that lyrics from Young Thug and other YSL defendants can be used against the gang/label in court.

Fulton County Deputy District Attorney Simone Hylton had brought up some of the lyrics, including these bars from Yak Gotti, one of the remaining YSL defendants.

"I just beat a murder rap, I paid my lawyer, 30 for that," Gotti spits.

Overall, the judge approved 17 different lyrics for use during

It's a preliminary and conditional ruling, and the defense can object to the inclusion of any of the lyrics as the trial continues.
