Last week, the federal judge in Lil Durk's case stated that the packages Durk has presented are insufficient to ensure his appearance at trial, but also noted that prosecutors haven't presented strong enough evidence to justify keeping him in jail.
That would seem to give some daylight to Durk spending some time home before his October 14 trial for murder-for-hire.
However, yesterday the judge rejected Durk's team's latest package, a reworking of the $4.5 million they had already offered up.
With October looming, Durk may be running out of time.
Do you think Smurk, who's facing life, will ever spend another day on the outside?
