Judge Orders NBA YoungBoy Jailed & May Have Him Serve Suspended Sentence

by HHL JT

NBA YoungBoy is still on probation as part of the ten years suspended sentence he got after pleading guilty to a Baton Rouge driveby.

He may have to serve those ten years after a Baton Rouge judge alleged this morning that he has violated that probation and ordered him immediately jailed.

YoungBoy was involved in a fatal shooting in Miami last Rolling Loud weekend. He wasn't charged, because the authorities in Florida determined that YoungBoy and his entourage were acting in self-defense. However, Lousiana District Judge Bonnie Jackson, who put YoungBoy on probation for three years in August of 2017, said in court today that she is "90 percent sure" she saw YoungBoy  "talking trash and smack" on a social media video from last weekend.

One of the conditions of his probation is that he refrain from all social media activity.

Jackson has been easy on YoungBoy in the past.  She didn't revoke his probation when he was arrested for roughing up his girlfriend in 2018 and for an incident involving a hotel maid earlier this year. But she may finally be out of patience.

If she can determine 100 percent that it's YoungBoy on the social media video she plans to revoke his probation at his next court appearance on June 21 and make him serve his suspended sentence time of ten years.
