Joe Budden Speaks On "Extra Eminem BS" That Hastened Slaughterhouse's Demise

by HHL JT

It doesn't like Slaughterhouse will be getting back together anytime soon.

If they do, it will likely be without Joe Budden.

In fact, Budden has been telling Joell Ortiz, Royce Da 5’9 and KXNG Crooked for years they would need to replace him if they wanted to go on as a foursome.

"That’s why I ain’t doing it,” Budden said during his YouTube series Pull Up. “I can’t speak for why they’re not doing it. When I suggested that they find probably another rapper to take my place and still put out music, they didn’t think that was the greatest idea, and that was years ago. That might’ve changed.

As Budden continued with the discussion, he took another shot at his former boss Eminem.

But my fight, with that even, without the extra Eminem bullsh*t is just ownership,” he continued. “I cannot devote this much of my time to a project, eat a fourth from the project, and then it have to go up the chain of command? I gotta make sure all these niggas are making sure our project do what it gotta do and then we gettin’ the scraps from the bottom? That was my fight. We an independent outfit.”
