Joe Budden Says Logic Was Lying About Being Suicidal

by Daryl Nelson

Joe Budden has made a hobby out of dissing Logic over the years.

The DMV rhymer has said Joe's words caused him to be suicidal. In a new interview, Joe said that he doesn't believe him.

“He doesn’t like me for whatever reason," said Logic in 2020 while on Hot 97. "He wants to say I’m not Black enough, I’m not good enough. He’s a person who’s led to part of my depression, some of my darkest spaces. Your words, they make people want to kill themselves, bro."

Joe was asked about his words possibly pushing people to suicide while on The Pivot Podcast, and that's when he called Logic a liar. [Jump to the 40:52-mark]

"Logic is full of sh*t. I don’t believe him," said Joe. "You can’t know and you can’t prove it, but Logic is full of sh*t … Logic put out a song with mental health as the phone number – 1-800-whatever-the-f*ck that sh*t was. Pandering bullsh*t. Everything about Logic is pandering."

Any reaction to Joe's words?
