Many believe that Joe Budden's criticism is responsible for Drake's new Scary Hours 3 project.

The six-song EP came about a month after Drake dropped For All The Dogs, which Budden criticized savagely.

Drake had some smoke for Joe on the new project.

"Imagine us getting our validation from an ex-musician searching for recognition / Same story every time, they heckle in repetition / I’m top of the mountain, these n*ggas still down at base camp, they planning they expedition," Drake rapped on "Stories About Me Brother".

Despite all of that, Joe is staying mum on Scary Hours 3.

"Not a peep.  Not one one word about it.  Not one word.  I'm going to listen to y'all.  I have absolutely nothing to stay ... I'm going to keep my thoughts to myself," Joe said when asked what he thought.
