Joe Budden Says That Justin Bieber Needs Black Artists To Be Successful

by Daryl Nelson

Justin Bieber's new single "Yummy" was beat out by Roddy Ricch's cut "The Box," for the No. 1 chart position. In the aftermath, Joe Budden suggested that Bieber needs black artists to reach maximum success.

Joe gave that opinion after Bieber said he might be dropping the "Yummy" remix with Summer Walker soon.

Might have to drop this @IAMSUMMERWALKER #yummy remix next week

Then someone asked Joe why he was being a hater, which the podcast host also responded to.

Not hate.. totally aside from his racist “nigger” harmonizing on multiple vids, I’m standing on US being pop while labeled urban.. & his last few weeks have been great to highlight that point… i don’t know the kid, but i don’t hate on a soul.
