Jim Jones Wants To Do Another Dipset Album Despite Beefing With Cam'ron

By Daryl Nelson

Even though Cam'ron and Jim Jones exchanged shots on Dave East's Instagram page a couple of months ago, and despite the fact that Cam said he no longer deals with his longtime friend, Jones says he still wants to make another Diplomats album.

The Dipset capo admitted this during an interview with DJ Whoo Kid and said he wants to record with Killer, Juelz Santana and Freekey Zekey before it's too late.

"I would love to do a Diplomat album," said Jones. "Above all the bullshit, that's just me thinking about what I would like to happen. A lot of fans want that. Let's just hope that, by the grace of God, we might could get it done before our time of being still cool is over."
Jimmy's comments come just days after Cam blasted him for talking about their problems on social media and in the press.

"I don't really mess with Jim no more," he said to Angie Martinez. "Jim puts a lot of things publicly. I don't [talk about our] business publicly. If there's a problem, you got my phone number. You can call me, and we can resolve it. Once you start taking social media, radio and making things public, I gotta curve, and it just kept happening repeatedly."
At this point, it would probably be wise not to hold your breath for a full-on Dipset reunion, since they've been talking about it for years now, and they don't seem any closer to making it happen.
