Last week, Jim Jones was arrested in Georgia's Coweta County after a police chase. He was in the backseat at the time and while speeding away, the car hit a deputy's vehicle.
The police found marijuana, Percocet, oxycodone, THC oil, vape cartridges, cash and two loaded guns, one of which was stolen, in the car. As a result, the Dipset spitter was hit with five felony charges and one misdemeanor.
In an interview with Angie Martinez, Jim spoke about the arrest but not too much, on the advice of his lawyer. He did say he was worried about the news getting back to his teenage son.
"I’ve been advised by my lawyer, I can't talk about the case,” he said. "What I can say, is that one of the things that concerned me the most was … I wanted to get home before my son woke up. So that I could speak to him before he seen it anywhere else, because my son is my partner.”
Later in the interview, Capo said he'd be willing to fight 50 Cent in the ring. If you've been following, then you know that Fif has been taunting Jimmy in recent months, and he had something to say about his recent arrest.
"50, lets shoot the fair one for some money and let's show these dudes how to do it," said Jimmy. "Let's set it up, bro. Get Mayweather. He just got $3 trillion, something like that. Tell Mayweather to throw us some money, $4, $5 million a piece. I'll shoot the fair one with you, quick fast. Let's do something different for the rap game. I ain't good with words."
