Jim Jones has expensive tastes, and when he's shopping, he expects the highest level of customer service.
In a recent trip to the Gucci store, the Harlem rapaper says he received the worst customer service ever.
For starters, Jones says him and his friends were in Gucci for an hour hanging out in their VIP area, and they were never approached, or even offered a glass of sparkling water.
Once Jones started to complain, he says they sent the black manager out to speak with him, which he thought was profiling.
