It has been seven months since Brooklyn drill rapper Pop Smoke was shot and killed in Los Angeles, but his fans and neighborhood are not forgetting him.
In a video recently uploaded on social media, it shows an orthodox Jewish man dancing and doing the Woo at a Brooklyn block party.
According to the person who posted the video clip, this was Pop Smoke's block, and the man was a landlord of some of the buildings on the block
