When Jay Z signed a 10 year $200 million deal with Live Nation last week, we speculated that he was the first billion dollar rapper in the game.

Days earlier, Forbes had put Hov's net worth at $810 million. So if you do the math ...

Of course, that doesn't account for taxes.  Something we all, unfortunately, have to pay.

But if you add Jay's wife Beyonce's $350 million net worth to the mix, the Hov household was already at the billion dollar mark.
