Jay Z & Beyonce Have Solved Their LA Housing Problem

by HHL Editors

Last month, Jay Z and Beyonce were rendered "homeless" when the LA mansion they had been renting was sold to somebody else for $35.5 million.

It was the second time in about a year that the power couple had lost a bidding war for a LA abode.  Previously Minecraft billionaire Markus "Notch" Persson out-cashed them for a $70 million home in Beverly Hills.

Jay and Bey just temporally solved their housing problem by renting a 20,000 square foot in LA's exclusive Hombly Hills neighborhood. The mansion, which had been owned by ex-Dodger owner Frank McCourt and is worth $45 million, will cost them $150,000 a month on a one year lease.
