It's been over three years since Solange attacked JAY-Z in that elevator at the Standard Hotel in New York City. The incident resulted in endless chatter, three albums, countless memes and a bunch of parodies.
Jay specifically brought up the one-sided fight on the song 'Kill Jay-Z' off his 4:44 album.
"You egged Solange on / Knowing all along all you had to say you was wrong," he spit.

In a new interview with Rap Radar, the legendary rhymer talked about that fight he had with Solange and said it's the only time they ever had a problem with each other.
"I fought my brothers and argued with my brothers my whole life," he said. "It just so happens [it's] who we are. These things go in a different space, but it ain't nothing ... We had one disagreement ever. Before and after [the elevator fight] we've been cool. She's like my sister. I will protect her. That's my sister, not my sister-in-law, my sister."The Brooklyn rapper also addressed some people saying that the elevator fight allowed him, Beyoncé and Solange to make great albums with 4:44, B's Lemonade and Solange's A Seat at the Table.
"I think we went into that elevator as great artists," he said with a chuckle. "That didn't surprise me. I always loved Solange's music. I think she was slept on before this last album.
