Jay-Z Addresses George Zimmerman's Threats on DJ Khaled's "Top Off'

by Daryl Nelson

The Internet has been buzzing about Beyoncé's lyrics on DJ Khaled's new cut "Top Off," because what she seemed to say about Tiffany Haddish talking too much. In his bars, JAY-Z also targets someone with a big mouth.

On it, he responds to threats made by George Zimmerman in 2017 after producers for Jay's Trayvonn Martin documentary tried to reach his family. Of course, Zimmerman is the guy who shot and killed a 17-year-old Martin when he was unarmed in 2012.

"I know how to handle people who fuck with me. I have since February 2012" said Zimmerman when asked about Hov's documentary.

He also suggested he was going to feed JAY to the alligators.

Here's how JAY responded on "Top Off."

"Meanwhile, Georgie Porgie sinnin' and sending me threats / Save your breath, you couldn't beat a flight of steps / Try that shit with a grown man / I'll kill that fuckboy with my own hand / And hop back in the Coupe / Let's go back to the mud, I hop right out the suit," he spit.

What do you think about Jay's verse and do you think Zimmerman will respond?
