JAY-Z Accused Of Anti-Semitism; Defended By High Powered Music Exec

by HHL Editors

There's a line in the new JAY-Z track 'The Story of O.J.' which mentions Jewish wealth in America.

“You wanna know what’s more important than throwin’ away money at a strip club? Credit/You ever wonder why Jewish people own all the property in America? This how they did it,” Hov raps.
Some folks on Twitter are calling JAY's bars anti-semitic because they exaggerate Jewish financial success (they don't actually own all of the property in America) and perpetuate old stereotypes.

Wasnt really expecting Jay-Z to go anti-semitic when I started the new 4:44 album this morning. https://t.co/WugWbMpNue pic.twitter.com/zNiM72Lh72

me listening to hov utter the same anti-semitic bs about jews owning everything (that has been used to justify their genocide) pic.twitter.com/bcJP3TmaaW

On the other hand, Guy Oseary -- who's the manager of Madonna and U2 and a proud Jews --  jumped on IG and defended JAY.

Oseary argues that Hov is complimenting Jews by pointing out they are good at business and doesn't think anyone should be offended.

What do you think?
