Jay Electronica's album A Written Testimony is basically a joint album with JAY Z, although Hov isn't even listed as a feature.

Some folks, like Joe Budden, think this was a bad idea because they think JAY Z washed Jay Elec on what is technically his debut album.

Jay Elec explained why there was so much Hov on his album in a response to a Tweet that had a much more Jay Elec friendly response to A Written Testimony.
