Youtube sensation Jake Paul and Soulja Boy have been going back and forth for some time now, but it seems its all talk.
Jake pulled up on Soulja seven months back, but nothing really happened, with Soulja threatening to take his shirt off but that's about it.
Now, Jake is claiming that Soulja is scared to fight him, and says that if they did fight in the ring, it would help make Soulja relevant again.
While the fight would be legal and in a ring, Soulja did just get out of jail, so there may be some hesitation.
