If you thought that Jada Pinkett-Smith and her husband Will Smith would discuss the Oscar slap on the next season of Red Table Talk, think again.

A preview for the new season of the show was released on Wednesday, but there was no specific talk about the slap. Instead, the family posted a statement that ran at the beginning of the clip.

"Considering all that has happened in the last few weeks, the Smith family has been focusing on deep healing,"the statement reads. "Some of the discoveries around our healing will be shared at the table when the time calls. Until then... the table will continue offering itself to powerful, inspiring and healing testimonies like that of our incredibly impressive first guest."

Chris Rock has yet to address the slap, and Will has kept an extremely low profile, which is probably the best thing for him to do right now.

Do you think people will still accept wisdom and advice from the Smith clan after the Oscar fiasco?
