Ja Rule Comes Up Short In Trying To Stop The Fyre Fest Lawsuit

Ja Rule has been defending himself and copping pleas about his involvement in the Fyre Festival, but it doesn't seem to be working.

Ja attempted to convince a judge to dismiss the class action lawsuit filed by Fyre ticketholders and attendees, but the judge was not having it.

All wasn't lost, as the judge agreed that several of the alleged fraudulent social media posts either could not be attached to Ja or don't actually constitute fraud.

Unfortunately, Ja did post one very stupid tweet.

On April 27, 2017, the day before Fyre Festival started, Ja tweeted.

The stage is set!!! In less than 24 hours, the first annual Fyre Festival begins. #festivallife.

As we all know now, the festival was nowhere near ready.

The class-action lawsuit will move forward and things are not looking so good for Ja.
