Last week, Houston police arrested Patrick Xavier Clark, aka DJ Pat, for murder in the killing of Takeoff.
A condition of his $2 million bond is that he avoids all contact with J. Prince Jr.
J. Prince Jr.'s lawyer wants his name taken off the bond document.

J. Prince Jr. was hosting the party during which Takeoff was shot to death. The son of Houston boss J. Prince was also seen walking past the Migos's dead body.
DJ Pat, who tried to flee the country to avoid the murder charge, is said to be associated with the Prince family.
