Tay-K is currently on trial for the murder of Ethan Walker.
He has already pleaded guilty to aggravated robbery but is fighting the murder charge by claiming he wasn't the triggerman.
It seems like he may also test an insanity defense.
In court testimony, George Gyure, who helped captured Tay-K when he was a fugitive, revealed that Tay claimed he was hearing voices in his head.
So he was moved to a psychiatric ward, where they found no evidence of the voices. However, Tay-K kept insisting he was hearing them.
The trial is expected to end next week.
