Issa Rae has never hidden the fact that she's a huge Drake fan and has talked about him and used his lyrics on her HBO show Insecure.

So it might've been surprising for some to read that she dissed the OVO boss at a Golden Globes party last weekend.

Earlier this week, E! News reported that Drake saw Issa at a Golden Globe party that he was DJing for. He went out of his way to go speak with her and invited her to another award show party later on that night. But the Insecure creator allegedly turned him down cold and said "she was with all her friends, then turned around and walked away.

In fact, according to an E! News source, Drizzy was flirting with Issa the whole night and wants to take her out.

"He thinks Issa Rae is beautiful and talented. He would like to take her on date if he was given the opportunity," said the insider. "He talks highly of her talents to people."

On Thursday, Issa responded to the rumor and seemed to shoot it down by creating her own E! News headline.

Do you believe Drake was trying to holler at Issa or was all of this made up?
